WHITEGOLDSTAR "Popcorn"

Popcorn is returning to Kaleidoscope Farm. We are extremely pleased to report that this lovely 12-hand half-bred
Welsh Pony stallion will again be standing at Kaleidoscope Farm. Changes
in his owner's life make it more practical for him to stand here with us
so he will be returning in early May of 2007 and will remain here through
the 2008 breeding season.

Popcorn was sired by Barr Silver Star of Texas, a
talented palomino roan Section A Welsh stallion, a grandson of Smoke Tree Silver
Dragon. His dam was a smoky black tobiano PtHA Hunter Type pony mare. He is a
double dilute tovero and has produced a wide range of color from our
Kaleidoscope mares. Popcorn produced an outstanding crop of foals in 2006 which
included palomino, buckskin and smoky black plus tobiano, tovero and sabino
pinto patterns. We are looking forward to more outstanding foals from these same
mares in 2007 and plan to retain several of his fillies out of warmblood cross
mares as future broodmares for our sportpony program.
Popcorn's 2007 stud fee is $450 which includes $150 non-refundable booking
fee. Shipped semen is availailable, with first collection included in stud
fee. For more information and current stud contract, please contact Kaleidoscope
Farm.

This
is a eyecatching palomino filly, possibly minimal sabino, by Popcorn and
out of a black sportpony mare from Holsteiner/Morgan breeding.
Both
of these outstanding colorful fillies are 3rd and 4th generation of Kaleidoscope
sportpony breeding and will be retained as future sportpony broodmares. I
expect them to be particularly valuable not only for their movement and color,
but they are also from two warmblood lines that do not go back to my foundation
Oldenburg stallion, Weltstern.
Since
these fillies should mature in the 13 hand range, we anticipate that they
will produce exceptionally talented foals with a high potential for upper
level dressage competition as well as jumping or eventing when bred back
to small warmblood/ warmblood cross stallions. I am particularly looking forward to the results we may get when crossing
back to our young Weltstern grandson, Cody, in the future.
