what you need...

3 cups milk
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 (6 oz) container vanilla yogurt

how to make it...

In medium sized slow cooker, combine milk, oats, bananas, walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Cook on LOW for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, or until desired consistencey.

Stir in yogurt and serve.
