His iridescent, almost metallic shining golden palomino color gave him his name. He is highly respected as a sire of well gaited horses with brio to give away, great charisma and good substance. In the United States, Canada and Europe his foals have won Champion titles and are now serving as breeding stallions. Among them is RSV Escorpio de Oro and RDLF Don Alberto, to name a few.
