Laroche

A Grand Prix showjumper, Laroche was owned by VDL Stud early in his career and won the KWPN Stallion Jumping Competition at Den Bosch.  With Angelique Hoorn, Laroche had a successful Grand Prix career in Europe and has already proven that his talent and heart transmit to the next generation.  Six Ster mares, two Keur mares, and one licensed stallion are just the beginning successes of these early foal crops.  Laroche has a jumping index of 149, ranking him 7th of all KWPN stallions with offspring aged 10 or older and a number of his offspring are already successful Grand Prix competitors. Sire Concorde was the KWPN Horse of the Year in 2004.  His dam is a Keur Preferent Prestatie mare by the legendary Nimmerdor, an international showjumper, who sired 18 approved sons.  In 2000 Nimmerdor was elected "the stallion of the 20th century" in the Netherlands.
