Waterloo is a rare gold champagne, a color that looks like palomino but has a unique metallic sheen to the coat. He is double-bred Weltstern, 3/4 Oldenburg, and should be prepotent for the outstanding warmblood movement produced so consistently by his sire. So far as I am aware, Waterloo is one of only four champagne warmblood crosses in the U.S., and all four of those are by Weltstern. Waterloo will be bred to a select few Kaleidoscope mares this coming season and we may accept one or two outside mares to him for the 2001 season, private treaty. Please inquire if you are interested in the possibility.
