 I can
hardly believe that another year has gone by already. Unfortunately,
both Donald and I are starting to "show our age" and are slowing
down more than I would really want to do.....but, we need to be
realistic about life, and I think that it is time that we cut back
on the number of horses that we must care for. This is especially
difficult when we are both so proud of the horses that we have in
our barn right now. After breeding horses for over 25 years, we
can say that we have exceeded our goals. When I go to the barn,
I see beautiful typey animals with good size, nice bone, straight
legs, gorgeous necks, and most of all, loving and sensible dispositions.....it's
difficult to decide which horses to add to the Sales List because
I'd just love to keep every animal that is in my barn right now.
The only thing that makes selling them any easier is recognizing
the wonderful people who have purchased horses from us in the past.
Hearing
about how much these guys are loved and used makes me feel better
about parting with these special animals. Please take a look at
the horses on this page and know that we do appreciate all inquiries
and will consider offers on some of these sale offerings. Enjoy
your visit and feel free to contact us with any questions, requests
for pictures or videos, or full pedigrees.
1) WH Made To Order Foaled: May 26,
1992 (Societys Hot Spot x Algwynara)

MTO was the first pinto born at Whispering Hill Farm
and was surely Made To Order.........a bay and white perfectly marked tobiano
and a mare, too. We couldn't have been happier. And, it showed........MTO was
spoiled beyond belief. She was the queen and made for all the attention that she
got. MTO entered the show ring as a weanling when she was shown 4-H production
by one of the neighborhood girls. She went on to show at Pinto and Class A Arab
shows for the next four years. MTO won Register of Merits in Halter, English
Pleasure, and Color. She's been hauled all over from PA to NY to Ohio and even
as far as a clinic with the LaCroix's down in Kentucky. MTO is a talented and
athletic mare with lots of trot and a good work ethic. We sent her back
for a tune-up under saddle a year ago and were surprised that she never missed a
beat and got right back into the riding groove.
MTO is triple registered: Pinto, Half-Arab, and National Show Horse.
She's been clipped, bathed, ties, jumps right in the horse trailer, good for the
farrier, etc. She is a real character and deserves a home where she gets the
attention that she craves. MTO could sell with a breeding to any of the
stallions currently standing at WHF. $3,000.
Take a look at MTO's foals
below. Sentinal Moon is a 2004 gelding by Beyon The Moon and Alyrical Ballad is
a 2007 gelding by My Alybi.
2) California Dreamin Foaled: April 25,
2003 (Key Sera Sera x Arcadian
Adriana)
This mare is outstanding!!! She is a full sister to our Champion
mares, Texas Tornado and Nevada Rain. California Dreamin is by Key Sera Sera and
out of Arcadian Adriana. She is registered as a Pinto and Half-Arabian, but also
eligible for registration as a National Show Horse. She is only for sale because
I have retained her sister. Dreamin is very tall and has a beautiful long,
high-set neck. She has straight legs and a lovely head. She appears to
be shedding out a dark chestnut color which is very striking with her
contrasting white. Foals by Key and Adriana have been consistent winners both in
the show ring and in the hearts of anyone who meets them. They are very correct
and have loving dispositions...

We took California out to show
for the first time this year and boy, she even surprised us!!! Blue after blue
in her Half-Arab classes and the same in the Color Breed classes. What fun when
she won the $100 All Breed Halter class at one of the shows. She topped some
beautiful horses of many different breeds in that class: Saddlebreds, Morgan,
Fresian, Quarter Horse, Arabians ...........California is a true 15.2+, is good
for the farrier, bathes, clips, ties, loads, etc. She is broke to ride and has
had about six months of professional training under saddle. This mare
needs a show home.....she has too much to offer to sit at my place and look
pretty.
You don't know how
hard it is for me to sell this mare, but we just have too many horses for me to
keep them all. If you are looking for a top show horse, friend, and future
broodmare, you can't go wrong with California Dreamin. $12,000.

3) No
Ordinary Girl Foaled: June 18, 1995 (Key Sera Sera x
Flisaria)
Pictures of Cocoa

Cocoa
is 1995 mare that is triple registered: Pinto, National Show Horse, and
Half-Arabian. Her DNA is on file with the NSH Registry. Cocoa is an outstanding
mother. She has had three beautiful fillies and is an easy breeder with no
foaling problems. Her babies seem to inherit her wonderful disposition and
easy going manner. They have all been very tall and quite correct with
really nice movement. Below are a few pictures of Cocoa's 2007 filly, Regan just
coming a yearling.
Pictures of Regan (Cocoa's 2007 filly)

Cocoa was shown in halter as a two year old and was the Ohio Pinto
Association Champion Mare in 1997. She was broke to saddle, but hasn't been
ridden in several years. Cocoa is a kind and gentle mare that is easy to handle
and just as good in the stall as in the pasture. She is up to date on shots and
worming. She is only being offered for sale because we have to cut down on our
numbers. Cocoa is currently open (by our choice) and will sell with a half
price breeding to any of our stallions standing here at the farm. Examine
Cocoa's pedigree. She would be a very worthwhile addition to your
farm. SOLD. Congratulations to Karen Nelson, LaPorte,
Indiana.
4) Alybis Tabasko
Bey "Sweepstakes
Nominated"
#605758 Foaled: June 17, 2003 (My Alybi x Khahl A-Rih)

This
athletic young gelding is looking for a home where he will be used and enjoyed.
Basko is a beautiful and correct purebred Arabian gelding. He is good to work
with. He leads, ties, trailers, clips, bathes, etc. He is up to date on his
worming, trimming and vaccinations. He has about 90 days under saddle and
the trainer is very pleased with his progress. She says that he is consistent
under saddle, very smooth, and seems to enjoy his work. Basko shows talent as a
future hunter or Western Pleasure horse. Bow will be heading back to the trainer
for some additional saddle work this spring.

Basko is good in the stall or
in pasture. He has no bad stall habits, but is young and would be best suited to
someone who had some background with horses to finish him. Basko comes by his
athletic ability naturally as both his sire and dam were trained as dressage
horses. If you are looking for a young gelding for pleasure or show, give his
owner, Caroline Siler, a call to learn more about
Basko….(814) 437-5730. $2500.

5) On My
Honor "Sweepstakes Nominated" HARA 2A361424
NSH 016287-06 Foaled: May 21, 2006 (My
Alybi x I'm Naughty)

This is a beautiful chestnut filly with a star and two matched hind
stockings. She is charismatic to watch, intelligent, and eager to please. Honor
was imprinted at birth and has been handled daily. She is very sensible and nice
to work around. This girl is a real people lover that will follow you and always
cones when she hears her name. Honor should excel in halter and performance as
her pedigree contains champions on both sides. She gets prettier and more
elegant each day. She should mature 15.3. Definite beauty, conformation and
attitude that will equal a valuable show or breeding
investment.
For more information, contact Kay Utter at 1-607-829-8592 or kayutter55@hotmail.com. Asking
$4500.

6) WH Twist Of
Fate
HARA #3A348697
PtHA # Foaled: July 9, 2002 (Beyon The Moon
x WH Texas Tornado)

Twist Of Fate,
or Dallas as we call him, is a 2002 pinto stallion who is 87.5% Arabian. Dallas
is by the champion stallion, Beyon The Moon. Moon is by the great horse
Moonstone Bey V (Bay El Bey son) and is out of the beautiful Aladdinn daughter,
Pepper Rose. I never thought that I would be offering Dallas for sale, but he
really needs to go somewhere where he will be used to his potential. Dallas is
very correct and has tons of "go". He never seems to get tired. He is so
flashy that everyone notices him right away. His head is breath-taking and when
he runs, his mane and tail flag in the breeze. He is a carefree horse with lots
of athletic ability. Dallas is broke to ride and enjoys his saddle work very
much. He is steady and dependable under saddle.

Dallas had his first foal last spring and the colt is absolutely
beautiful. He has an exquisite head and neck, lots of muscle in his smooth body,
very correct legs, and that high flagging tail. Dallas' colt has his unflappable
personality........taking everything that happens to him in stride. He was so
easy to halter break and his new owner amazes me with the things that the colt
has learned already, including being ponied from her gelding. I have the
mare bred back to Dallas for an 08 foal and am hoping for a spotted filly to
keep. I would like to retain some breedings to Dallas if he is sold. He will
continue to stand at stud here at the farm until he is sold.
$8,500.

Wildfire
7) Aly Be
Dazzled Foaled: May 8,
2007
(My Alybi x Sierras
Dazzlin Pearl)

Are you looking for something different?
...........special? ..............unique? Do we have the colt for you! His
buckskin tobiano coloring sets him apart right away and then his showy
personality takes over! Dazzle is by My Alybi and out of a perlino Paint
mare, Sierras Dazzlin Pearl. He is registered Half-Arabian and Pinto. This
colt is very tall and quite athletic. He has a beautiful head and big strong
hindquarters for lots of power. Dazzle is wonderful to work with, accepting
everything that is done to him. He is a quick learner and loves to be
handled.....the kind that whinnies when he sees
you.

This guy is big
and beautiful. He loads and hauls well, ties, bathes, clips, is good for the
farrier........everything a baby is supposed to be able to do! He needs a show
home and should be able to fullfill showring expectations. Dazzle is definitely
stallion quality and would be great to breed to Arabian mares for those colorful
buckskin and palomino foals. Spots would just add to the package. $9,500.
"Add some color to
your barn!!!"
